What NuTalk does
You write an agent's instructions, link it to a channel, and it answers there. Calls and conversations land in the dashboard, where your team follows them.
- Voice agents
- Answer and make phone calls on a NuTalk number, or on your own landline through an AiBox. Each call's transcript and summary appear in Calls.
- Messaging agents
- Reply on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website's chat. Your team can take over a conversation whenever it needs to.
- Campaigns
- Call a list, or each new lead as it arrives, with WhatsApp follow-ups, waits and retries.
- Actions
- Book appointments, call your own API and send emails during a conversation.
- Evaluations
- Score calls and chats against the goals and competencies you define.
