Use of the service
Nutalk provides software for creating, testing, and operating AI agents across voice, WhatsApp, and related business workflows. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring your users, customers, and contacts have been contacted in compliance with applicable consent, privacy, telecommunications, and messaging rules.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity under your workspace, API keys, integrations, and connected accounts. Keep credentials confidential, restrict access to authorized team members, and notify us if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to Nutalk. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and secure that data so we can provide the service. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process or disclose.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nutalk for unlawful outreach, spam, deceptive impersonation, credential harvesting, harassment, or activity that violates third-party platform policies. We may suspend access to protect the service, customers, providers, or the public.
Billing
Paid features, usage, credits, subscriptions, and add-ons are billed according to the plan and pricing shown at purchase or in your workspace. You are responsible for applicable taxes, carrier fees, messaging fees, and usage generated by your workspace.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nutalk reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, legal requirements, or product updates. We may update these terms when needed and will post the current version on this page.
