On pay as you go, each call evaluation uses credits. On NuTalk SMB and NuTalk Call Center, evaluations are confirmed for your package. Evaluations run after the call, within hours or overnight, depending on the plan.
How much does WhatsApp cost?
WhatsApp messages use credits on every plan, NuTalk SMB and NuTalk Call Center included. Meta also charges its own fees for WhatsApp, set by Meta and separate from NuTalk's price.
Do I need consent to run outbound call campaigns?
Outbound AI calls are regulated, and you decide who gets called. NuTalk applies your calling hours, retries and do-not-contact list; consent and the lists you upload are yours. United States: AI-voice calls to mobile numbers, business contacts included, and to home lines need prior express consent; marketing calls need it in writing.
