Why our plans can be flat
On NuTalk SMB and NuTalk Call Center, speech recognition and the AI model run on servers NuTalk operates in Mexico and Texas, US. Voices use cloud text-to-speech.
The model that writes WhatsApp replies and scores calls runs on vetted cloud partners, or on NuTalk servers for an extra fee. On pay as you go, the AI model runs on vetted cloud partners.
Because we run the models for your calls, a busy month adds no per-minute model cost. That's why both plans include unlimited AI calls for a flat monthly fee. Fair use applies: we review usage above 5,000 minutes a month per line.

Scored against your goals
When evaluations are on for your plan, NuTalk scores each call against the goals you set, after the call: within hours or overnight, depending on the plan.

Agents answer in English or Spanish. Our team can set a voice agent to answer only in its main language.

Do you sell outside the US and Mexico?
We focus on businesses in the US and Mexico, and NuTalk phone numbers are available in both countries. If your business is somewhere else, tell our sales team what you need and we'll tell you what works.
