Each guide shows what the integration does, how to connect it and what it sends where. In the dashboard, Settings → Integrations lists everything your workspace can connect.

Your own systems
To connect a system of your own, register an https endpoint: NuTalk sends it signed events, such as call.started, call.completed and call.failed for calls on any phone line, campaign.enrollment.completed when a campaign contact finishes, and message.received for conversations (call.started isn't sent yet for outbound calls from an AiBox or Zoom Phone line). The REST API reads and changes the rest of your workspace.
