More reliable AI switch and safer Testing modeSwitching a channel's AI on or off now applies to every chat right away, and in Testing mode reminders and replies only reach your test numbers.
- ImprovedThe limit of 10 test numbers per channel is now enforced reliably, even when several people add or remove them at once.
- ImprovedLong Copilot tasks are steadier: after it summarizes earlier messages it no longer stops with an error, and it keeps the exact IDs, links and phone numbers you mentioned.
- FixedTurning a channel's AI on or off now applies to every chat right away, including chats that start during the switch.
- FixedIn Testing mode, reminders and AI replies now only go to your test numbers, never to real customers.

Behind-the-scenes improvementsMore accurate billing when a plan changes: an upgrade from the billing portal starts once its invoice is paid.

Who answers: Off, Testing, Live and Paused on every messaging channelYou now decide exactly when the AI answers on each channel: try it with test numbers first, go live for new conversations only, and pause it in one tap.
- NewEvery messaging channel now has a "Who answers" switch: Off, Testing, Live and Paused, so you decide exactly when the AI takes over.
- NewTesting lets the AI answer only your test numbers on WhatsApp and Apple Messages, and shows when the AI last replied to each one.
- NewWhen you go Live, choose new conversations only or new and existing chats, and see how many chats it affects before you confirm.
- ImprovedThe AI only answers messages sent after it was turned on for a chat, so the history of a newly connected phone is never answered.
- FixedPausing a channel now stops the AI everywhere, including chats you turned on by hand, and "Turn AI back on" restores exactly how things were before.
- FixedSwitching a channel back to your team no longer leaves the AI answering or sending follow-ups on chats that should be in human hands.

Contacts and campaigns stay fast with millions of contacts, and the Copilot remembers long tasksWorkspaces with millions of contacts now open, search and run campaigns smoothly, the Copilot keeps your whole conversation in mind on long tasks, and AiBox lines recover faster.
- ImprovedThe contacts page and searches now open in a flash, even with millions of contacts in your workspace.
- ImprovedCampaign pages, member lists and counts load quickly even for campaigns with millions of people.
- ImprovedStarting or pausing a huge campaign now finishes in seconds, with the longest steps running in the background.
- ImprovedContacts linked from HubSpot or Kommo load faster, and one large workspace can no longer slow down others.
- ImprovedWith very large contact lists, totals show as approximate (like "about 3,000,000") and pages cover the first 10,000 contacts, while search still finds anyone.
- ImprovedOn long tasks, the Copilot now reads your whole conversation instead of only the last 10 messages, and when a chat gets very long it summarizes the older part automatically. If a long task runs out of time, it continues on its own.
- FixedRe-importing a file with contacts you already have no longer causes slowdowns or memory problems.
- FixedWhen an AiBox call can't start, its line is now freed right away, so the next calls don't wait minutes for a line nobody is using.

Steadier A/B tests and a more reliable CopilotRunning A/B tests keep their agent version while you edit, and the Copilot answers instead of hanging, retries on its own and reads web links again.
- ImprovedWhile an A/B test is calling with an agent version, your edits now save as a new version that goes live right away, and the test keeps the version it started with.
- FixedThe Copilot no longer leaves you hanging: if it's missing a detail to act, it asks you one clear question, and answers stream in as they're written.
- FixedThe Copilot retries on its own when the AI is slow, so you see an answer instead of an error.
- FixedThe Copilot can read web links again, like a Google Calendar link you share.
- FixedOn any channel, the agent picker no longer offers archived agents, so you can't link one by mistake.

Saved campaign views, fairer A/B tests and leads sent to HubSpotCampaign dashboards now remember how you like to see them, A/B tests compare variants more fairly, and call campaigns can send interested leads straight to HubSpot. We also made contact imports more reliable.
- NewCampaign dashboards now have saved views: pin the metrics you care about and pick the view that opens by default for you.
- NewCall campaigns can now send interested leads to HubSpot: when a lead is transferred to an advisor, schedules a callback or hangs up while waiting, NuTalk creates or updates the contact, adds a deal and a call note, and creates a callback task for your team. Turn it on per campaign in its HubSpot settings.
- ImprovedA/B test variants now use the same agent version from the first call onward, so results compare versions fairly.
- ImprovedSending leads to HubSpot never overwrites a contact's name, email or phone, retries an update that fails for a temporary reason, and recovers notes and deals already in a closed stage instead of losing them.
- FixedA/B test results are now only visible to team members with permission to see the campaign's calls.
- FixedContact imports keep running even if a list is unlinked from a campaign mid-import, instead of failing every following batch.
11:26 AM Monterrey time
A/B test your call campaigns with up to 3 agentsYou can now run a campaign with 2 or 3 agents or voices and see which one books more. We also fixed clinic scheduling and workspace switching.
- NewCall campaigns now support A/B testing: run 2 or 3 agents or voices, each contact keeps its version across retries, and results are split by version so you can promote the winner.
- FixedIn clinic scheduling, a cancelled appointment now stays cancelled: its status can't be changed by mistake, and you'll be asked to book a new one instead.
- FixedIf you use several workspaces, each browser tab now stays in the workspace it opened with, so you won't edit contacts or data in the wrong one.

Smarter campaigns: cooldowns, exclusion lists and big importsCampaigns can now wait before calling a number again and skip people on your exclusion list. Big contact lists import in the background, and several WhatsApp and clinic follow-up fixes landed.
- NewCampaigns can now wait before calling a number again: choose 30 to 365 days after a real conversation, and blocked contacts show "Blocked until <date>".
- NewUpload a CSV to your exclusion list in bulk, or add up to 1,000 numbers at once through the API, so campaigns skip them.
- NewImport contact lists of millions of rows in the background: no need to keep the tab open, with progress you can follow, pause or cancel.
- FixedWhatsApp follow-ups now re-check prices and promotions after midnight, so replies never quote yesterday's prices.
- FixedWhatsApp follow-ups keep the customer's requested time window (for example "only afternoons") when they re-check availability, so they never offer times the customer ruled out.
- FixedClinic follow-up boards now update when a person marks a visit as attended or no-show, even if you moved the card by hand earlier.
- FixedThe contacts table looks tidy: nothing spills into the next column, interactions fit on one line, and dates now show in your language.
2:54 AM Monterrey time
Spanish voice now says CFDI, RFC and SAT the way Mexicans doYour AI agent now pronounces Mexican tax and business acronyms naturally on calls, and appointment searches that find nothing keep telling callers which time window was checked.
- ImprovedOn Spanish calls, your agent now says acronyms like CFDI, RFC, SAT and IVA the way Mexicans actually say them, instead of spelling them out oddly.
- ImprovedSecurity hardening to keep your account and data safe.
- FixedWhen a caller repeats an appointment search for the same time window and nothing is available, the agent now keeps saying which window it checked, not just that there were no times.
11:45 PM Monterrey time
Smarter WhatsApp follow-ups and clearer booking statusesWhatsApp follow-ups now double-check appointment times before sending, and bookings made by staff close as completed while AI bookings stay unconfirmed. You also get alerts when WhatsApp replies can't be delivered.
- NewIf WhatsApp replies can't be delivered and expire unsent, owners and admins now get notified and those conversations are marked in the inbox.
- ImprovedVisits booked by your staff now close as completed after their time passes; only bookings made by the AI agent stay unconfirmed until attendance is recorded.
- FixedWhatsApp follow-ups no longer mention appointment times that already passed or were never re-checked; the agent verifies current availability before writing.
8:43 PM Monterrey time
Smarter scheduling, honest replies, and easier Mexican number purchasesYour agent now remembers scheduling conditions like "only afternoons", replies get corrected instead of dead-ending, and buying a Mexican phone number no longer blocks you.
- NewBuying a Mexican phone number now works right in the dialog: pick your company profile or fill in the required business details without leaving the screen.
- NewClinic visits booked by your AI agent now show as "Unconfirmed" once their time has passed, until your team marks whether the patient attended, so attendance reports reflect reality. Visits your team books close as before.
- ImprovedWhen a customer rules out times on WhatsApp ("too early", "only Tuesdays"), your agent keeps that on every later search and doesn't offer those times again.
- FixedIf a WhatsApp reply can't be verified, the agent now gets one more pass to fix it — often checking the agenda again — instead of sending "I couldn't verify that information".
- FixedYour agent no longer promises that reception will contact the customer unless someone is actually assigned to follow up.
4:07 PM Monterrey time
More reliable WhatsApp bookings and new clinic scheduling controlsWhatsApp agents now book appointments with the name and doctor the patient actually asked for, and clinics can set how soon patients can book. Plus easier card management, team invites and a clearer voice channel page.
- NewClinics can now set a minimum notice per service (like 12 hours) and how far ahead patients can book, and your AI agent follows it too. Staff can still book short-notice visits.
- NewWorkspaces on the free plan can now save and manage credit cards in Billing, and buying a phone number lets you add a card right in the same dialog.
- ImprovedInviting teammates is now a full page: paste several emails at once, pick from clear role presets that explain what each role can and can't do.
- ImprovedThe voice channel page now shows your whole setup in one list, with each setting's current value visible at a glance and editors one click away.
- FixedWhatsApp clinic agents now check that the patient's name came from the patient (the chat, their profile or your records) before booking, so appointments go under the right person.
- FixedWhatsApp agents now confirm a booking only when it was really made, keep the doctor you asked for, and tell the truth about hand-offs to reception.

Book appointments straight into your iCloud calendarYour AI agent can now write appointments into the iCloud calendar you choose, test calls greet people by name, and unanswered calls are billed correctly.
- NewConnect an iCloud calendar and choose exactly which calendar receives booked appointments, or skip it entirely.
- NewSigning up now asks for a contact phone number so our team can reach you about your workspace; you can also fix it later in Settings.
- FixedCalls that nobody answered are now billed at the unanswered rate instead of as an answered minute.
- FixedCampaign test calls now greet you by name, just like the campaign's real calls.
- FixedVoice calls from the website widget are now understood correctly, so the agent no longer hears garbled words.
11:05 AM Monterrey time
Call again on your website widget without reloading the pageA fix for the website widget's second call, plus clearer retries and safer attachments in the inbox.
- ImprovedCall recordings and transcripts in campaign activity now follow each team member's call permissions.
- ImprovedAfter an interruption, the AI picks up conversations with a fuller and more accurate message history.
- FixedOn your website widget, starting a new call after one ends now works right away, without reloading the page.
- FixedManual WhatsApp sends are now charged and recorded exactly once, even if the send is interrupted midway.
- FixedIn the inbox, if a replacement attachment is too large, the original file is cleared too, so you can't send the wrong one by mistake.
- FixedThe Retry button on an unsent reply now only appears when you're allowed to send, and if a retry is refused, it tells you why.
12:49 AM Monterrey time
WhatsApp bookings now always use the customer's verified numberWhatsApp agents book clinic appointments reliably, free test calls from your own line have no limits, and Getting started counts only replies that actually went out.
- ImprovedFree test calls from your own phone line (AiBox) have no daily limit and no time limit. Test calls on NuTalk numbers still end at five minutes.
- ImprovedYour channels and agents now show the server they run on by its NuTalk name only, without hardware or provider details.
- FixedWhatsApp agents now book clinic appointments under the customer's verified number and ask for an email when the clinic requires one, so bookings no longer fail at the last step.
- FixedIn Getting started, "Talk to your agent" now counts a WhatsApp or chat reply only once it actually went out, not while it's waiting or after it failed.
2:21 PM Monterrey time
Fairer billing and no more silent callsCalls whose audio never connects are now free and hang up right away instead of leaving silence. Campaign messages go out on WhatsApp only, and campaign pace shows your workspace's real lines.
- ImprovedCampaign messages are now WhatsApp only, sent from your official WhatsApp number with approved templates; the email step is gone.
- FixedIf a call's audio never connected, the agent heard and said nothing, so that call is now free instead of charged.
- FixedWhen a call fails before the agent can speak, it now hangs up right away instead of leaving the other person listening to silence.
- FixedIf a free test call can't be placed, it no longer counts against your daily free test calls.
- FixedMessages your Copilot sends during a WhatsApp outage now wait and go out when service returns, instead of failing without telling you.
- FixedThe getting started guide now marks "Talk to your agent" done only when the agent actually spoke, not on failed or silent calls.
- FixedCampaign pace now shows your workspace's real number of simultaneous calls, the lines assigned to it, instead of an incorrect limit like 1,000.
12:29 PM Monterrey time
Test your campaign with a free call before you launchBefore you launch a call campaign, its agent can now call you so you hear exactly how the call sounds. Inbox replies no longer go out hours late after a WhatsApp outage, and the voice channel page fits on screen again.
- NewAt the end of campaign setup, a new "Try it: your agent calls you" step lets the campaign's agent call one of your test numbers, so you hear its first call before you launch. Press "Call me"; it's free.
- FixedIf WhatsApp sync is down for more than 30 minutes, a reply you sent from the inbox now shows as not sent, with a Retry button, instead of going out hours later.
- FixedOn the voice channel page, the phone number and agent pickers stay inside their cards again, and numbers read like "+1 661 453 2599 · NuTalk".
8:36 AM Monterrey time
A clearer Knowledge tab and smarter answers from your documentsYour agent now answers more accurately from its documents, the Knowledge tab explains everything in plain words, and campaign calls work with every contact name.
- NewThe Knowledge tab now has plain-language Documents and Memory cards, and a "Try a question" box that shows exactly what your agent would find in its documents.
- ImprovedAgents now pull fewer, more relevant passages from their documents, so answers are more accurate. A document keeps answering while it is being refreshed, and agents keep using their documents even when our document search is briefly down.
- ImprovedCopilot campaign stats now count every call in the period and sort each one by how it actually ended, so a voicemail or an unanswered call no longer counts as answered.
- ImprovedWorkspace owners now always get a "back online" notice when a WhatsApp outage ends, however long it lasted. The in-app notice appears even when email isn't set up, and outage notices are timed from when the problem actually started.
- FixedCampaign calls no longer fail when a contact's name or data includes emoji, №, curly apostrophes or other special characters.
- FixedIn the inbox, images, documents and voice notes over 3 MB are now refused with a clear message when you pick them, instead of a confusing error.
4:36 AM Monterrey time
More reliable campaigns, inbox and call historyThis release fixes crashes and glitches in campaign settings and the inbox, stops the agent from repeating replies that were never sent, and makes saved notes and bookings stay put.
- ImprovedIn call campaigns, a contact whose calls keep failing is now paused after several tries instead of being retried forever.
- ImprovedThe audit log's action filter now lists every action the app can record, each with a readable name in English and Spanish.
- ImprovedEach call now gets its own copy of the agent's context, so one caller's details can never appear in another person's call.
- FixedOpening the Calls settings of some campaigns no longer crashes the page, and saving keeps options the form doesn't show.
- FixedInbox unread counts no longer jump back to an older number, and threads that were archived while you were away now leave the list.
- FixedIn the inbox, a message that was already delivered no longer shows as failed when it is retried after the 24-hour reply window closes, messages refused by Instagram, Messenger or SMS now show as not sent, and a refused send no longer hides newer customer messages.
- FixedIf an AI reply fails to send, the agent no longer treats it as something the customer was told in later messages.
- FixedIn the contact panel, bookings stay with the right contact after a thread is relinked, and a saved note or tag list no longer reverts.
2:32 AM Monterrey time
A simpler campaign setup, free test calls, and smarter contact importsCampaign setup now walks you through four clear steps, you can configure workflows with AI, and contact uploads check every phone number before importing.
- NewNew "Configure with AI" button in the campaign workflow editor. It opens the AI assistant so you can set up your steps by chatting, and the canvas updates with what it saves.
- NewContact uploads now check every phone number for Mexico, the US and Canada before importing, and show exactly which numbers are valid and which need attention.
- NewFree test calls: add up to 2 verified test phone numbers per workspace and make up to 10 free test calls a day, up to 5 minutes each.
- ImprovedCampaign setup is now four clear steps: who to call, which agent calls, the call schedule, and a final review. No more confusing inbound and outbound options.
- ImprovedCampaign call steps no longer have their own opening line or goal. Each call now speaks with the agent's own instructions, so what it says is always consistent.
- ImprovedResellers: when your reseller application is approved, the workspace you already use can become your reseller account, keeping its agents, numbers and data.
- FixedThe AI analysis on a contact's page failed to load for some contacts. It now shows correctly every time you open a contact.
- FixedNew workspaces can now make calls right away. Some new agents previously rang in silence because they had no place assigned to run their calls.
