Start over holds in every case, and campaign tests start freshCampaign test runs treat each test number as a first contact, and Start over now holds even when a message or a memory update was in progress.

- FixedA dashboard test call set to start fresh now resets the conversation right before dialing, so a call that never starts leaves your history untouched.
- FixedA retried WhatsApp message never sends a reply drafted before a start over, so your conversations stay consistent.

Start over: reset the AI's memory of a contact without deleting anythingTell the AI to treat a contact like a first-time caller, edit your own contact fields, and imports that no longer wipe existing details.
- NewNew "Start over" button makes the AI answer a contact as if it were the first time, in WhatsApp and web chats (calls follow soon). Nothing is deleted: your team still sees every message, call and note.
- NewWhen starting over, choose what the AI forgets: earlier messages, what it remembers about the person, or both. The chat shows a divider marking where the AI starts reading again.
- NewEdit contact details right on the contact page: click a value, type, and it saves. Empty fields fold away, and you can add new fields where you manage contacts.
- NewNew Settings › Contact fields page: add, rename, reorder, archive and restore your workspace's fields, and see what uses each one before archiving.
- New"Insert field" now shows a live preview with a real contact's value before you insert it, so you know exactly what your message or campaign will say.
- ImprovedThe contact's activity timeline now records who changed each field — an import, the AI, a call, your CRM or the API — with the values it set.
- FixedImporting contacts no longer erases details that aren't in your file: existing names, emails, notes and tags stay exactly as they were.
- FixedLead forms and campaign webhooks no longer overwrite a contact's existing field values; they only fill fields that are still empty.

- NewWhatsApp messages with your workspace's verified test numbers are now free, including AI replies and everything your team sends, with a 0-credit line in your credit history.
- NewContacts now have workspace fields: an import keeps each column you map as a field on the contact, and messages and campaign steps can use them with {{contact.<key>}}.

- FixedHome now names the agent that actually answered each chat, instead of the channel's old agent.

Test your campaigns before going liveTest a whole campaign on your own numbers before it reaches your list, and review every test run in the new Tests tab.
- NewTest a campaign end to end with your own verified numbers: the real agent, its calls and its WhatsApp follow-ups, without contacting your list. Test calls are free.
- NewA new Tests tab shows every campaign test run: who started it, when, which agent version, and each number's full timeline with recordings and transcripts.
- ImprovedIn test mode, retries, waits and callbacks take minutes instead of hours, and each step shows what a live campaign would do.
- FixedTesting is back in the main menu under Agents, for owners and admins.

Reschedule and cancellation alerts, plus faster searches and exportsYou now get notified when an appointment is moved or cancelled, with its own on/off switch. Searches, exports and CRM syncing handle very large contact lists faster and more reliably.
- NewWhen an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, you now get an in-app alert and an email, just like for new bookings — each with its own on/off switch.
- ImprovedSearching contacts by their secondary phone numbers is much faster and no longer slows down or misses results in workspaces with millions of contacts.
- ImprovedSearch results with very many matches now show an honest count like "20,000+" instead of a number that looked exact but wasn't.
- ImprovedDownloading large lists (over 100,000 rows) now happens in the background, so you can keep working while the file is prepared.
- ImprovedAdding contacts from HubSpot and Kommo to a campaign is now far lighter, so large campaigns enroll without hitting limits or slowing down.
- FixedChannel pages no longer offer archived agents to link, and you can now link an agent to channels directly from its own page.
- FixedWhen you link a contact list that has duplicate phone numbers, the contact added first to the list now always keeps the number.
- FixedExports no longer finish with blank custom-field columns when a field fails to load — the export stops and tells you instead.

More reliable AI switch and safer Testing modeSwitching a channel's AI on or off now applies to every chat right away, and in Testing mode reminders and replies only reach your test numbers.
- ImprovedThe limit of 10 test numbers per channel is now enforced reliably, even when several people add or remove them at once.
- ImprovedLong Copilot tasks are steadier: after it summarizes earlier messages it no longer stops with an error, and it keeps the exact IDs, links and phone numbers you mentioned.
