- FixedWhen someone asks not to be contacted again, no campaign call or WhatsApp message goes out to them while we confirm the opt-out.
- FixedAppointments, reschedules and time off you book through the Copilot now use the clinic's or restaurant's own time, so 10 AM is 10 AM, not early morning.
6:46 AM Monterrey time
Callbacks that survive a pause, and the Copilot books at your local timeScheduled callbacks now wait out a paused campaign and keep to your calling hours, the Copilot books at your workspace's time, and the Calls page got a polish.
- ImprovedThe Calls page got a polish: instant hints, tidier filter menus, a clearer End call question, and rows that stay neat with long names.
- FixedPausing a campaign no longer drops its scheduled callbacks: they wait for the campaign to resume and are placed within your calling hours.
- FixedThe Copilot now reads times on your workspace's clock, so 'book Ana tomorrow at 10' books 10 AM your time, not the middle of the night.
- FixedAsking the clinic agenda for a whole day, like 'the 14th', now searches that full day on the clinic's clock, so no open hours are missed.
- FixedBuy and verify number options now only show to people who can use them, so nobody lands on a button that doesn't work.
- FixedWhen someone asks for a callback 'a las 5', the agent now works out whether they mean morning or afternoon, so it dials at the right hour.
4:38 AM Monterrey time
New meetings after a lookup are bookedAsking your agent for a new meeting right after it looked up an existing one now books the new meeting instead of trying to move the old one.
- FixedOn the Meetings agenda, asking for a new appointment after looking up an existing one no longer gets confused with moving that meeting, so your booking goes through.

- FixedOn campaign calls, the AI now checks every answered call for "don't call me again", whatever the campaign's settings, and marks that person do-not-contact in all your campaigns.
- FixedTest calls appear in your call log again, each with a Test tag; the Test calls filter hides them when you want.
- FixedAgents no longer say an appointment is booked when nothing was actually scheduled; they check availability and book it for real instead.
- FixedSaying a time for a new appointment, like "tomorrow at ten", no longer gets confused with changing an existing one, so bookings go through.

Set a time limit on campaign calls, plus phone number fixesCampaigns can now cap how long each call lasts, and buying phone numbers got several fixes, from addresses to available area codes.
- NewCampaigns have a new "Longest call" setting: on calls from NuTalk numbers, each call ends when it reaches the length you choose, from 1 to 120 minutes.
- FixedWhen buying a number, the suite or interior line you type for your business address is now kept exactly as you wrote it.
- FixedBuying a number in Puebla, León, Querétaro or San Luis Potosí now also finds numbers under each city's newer area codes, and Guanajuato (473) is now on the list of area codes.

- FixedChanging your company details is now offered correctly when a profile was rejected and still holds the previous company's tax document.
- FixedRemoving a caller ID that can't be removed from the dashboard yet now tells you to contact support, instead of seeming to work and then reappearing later.

A new Calls list, Mexican numbers you can buy, and full setup through the APIThe Calls page shows what each call was about at a glance, buying a Mexican number now works, the AI can answer a waiting message when you ask, and your whole workspace can be set up through the API and MCP.
- NewThe Calls list is redesigned: each call shows who called and what it was about, with day headings, filters, search across every call, and live calls pinned on top.
- NewIn Conversations, when the AI is answering a chat and the customer's last message is still unanswered, “Let the AI reply now” has the AI answer it right away. Take over also has a lighter step to pause follow-ups and reminders for that contact.
- NewYour whole workspace can now be set up through the API and MCP: clinic and business scheduling, the agenda, automated testing, knowledge and channels. Each API key has its own permissions, an optional expiry date and allowed IP addresses, and anything a key deletes waits for an owner's or admin's approval.
- NewThe agent editor has a Call opening card where you write what the agent says first when a call starts, inserting details such as the contact's name from a list, with a switch to have it said word for word.
- ImprovedAdding people to a very large campaign, or starting it again, is now nearly instant.
- ImprovedOn outbound calls, the AI now hears the answer to its opening question, knows the time of day when offering appointments, and stops speaking when its words end, with no dead air after it.
- ImprovedOn voice calls, dates and times from your business agenda are spoken the way a person says them (“tomorrow, Tuesday the thirteenth, at nine thirty in the morning”) instead of abbreviations.
- ImprovedOn Home, new contacts are counted once per number and without callers who hide their number, Getting started only shows the steps you can take, and the unanswered-calls notice opens exactly those calls.
- ImprovedIn Automated testing, call and campaign agents open Try it yourself again, and its settings panel says exactly what the agent will do, or that something can't be checked.
- FixedBuying a Mexican phone number now works: every area code in stock is offered, and a workspace without a registered company is guided to register it first, in three clear steps. You can also remove a verified number that your voice channels still use.
- FixedOn Sync with WhatsApp lines, chats you just answered keep their name and last message in open inboxes, contact photos load again, and incoming messages no longer wait about five seconds.
- FixedVoice channels show their live calls again on the Channels page and channel detail, instead of always showing zero.

- NewIn Automated testing, Try it yourself now lets you choose which of the agent's channels to test and shows what shapes the answer: the model, the agenda, knowledge, language and time zone, each with a link to where it is changed.
- ImprovedThe small charts on Home now stand on a baseline with the days or hours they cover underneath, so you always know what period you're looking at.
- ImprovedIf you switch the test channel in the middle of a conversation, it asks first and starts a new conversation; the earlier one stays in History.
11:52 AM Monterrey time

- ImprovedUndo in Conversations is now safe for taking over, archiving and moving a chat: if a teammate changed the chat since, nothing is overwritten and you're told it couldn't be undone.

- FixedOpening a link to another chat while Conversations is open now switches to that chat.
- FixedThe "who answers" filter now shows the same chats and counts in Chats and on the Board, including website and Apple Messages chats.
- FixedA stage filter no longer empties Archived chats, and a saved view now brings its own pipeline with it into Chats.
- FixedA callback that is waiting for a line now counts toward its campaign's own call limit, and when a campaign is paused during a call, other campaigns no longer queue calls for the line that call is still using.
10:30 AM Monterrey time
A new Conversations inbox for everyoneConversations has a new look in every workspace: a chat list and thread that read like the messaging apps you know, a clear view of who answers each chat, and the Board built in. Calls placed through the API also check your do-not-call list more carefully.
- NewConversations has a new look: each chat in the list shows the contact's photo or initials, the last message and its delivery ticks, and the thread reads like a messaging app.
- NewEach chat shows who is answering, the AI or your team, and you can Take over or Hand back to AI right where you write.
- NewFilters and saved views work the same in Chats and on the Board, and you can select several chats to act on them at once.

4:41 AM Monterrey time
Safer API keys and campaign callingAPI keys now stay within your team's call permissions, calls started through the API are checked against your do-not-call list, and the "start again" rule in campaigns is safer.
- ImprovedAPI keys can no longer read more calls than the person who created them may see.
- ImprovedCalls started through the API are now checked against your do-not-call list, like campaign calls.
- FixedCampaigns with the "start again" duplicate rule no longer dial a person who is already being called or has a callback booked when they reappear in a file, the API or your CRM.
- FixedChanging a campaign's calling speed through the API no longer removes its per-contact limits.
2:53 AM Monterrey time
More reliable campaign callingCampaign calling is more reliable when the system is busy.
