Data deletion instructions

You can disconnect a Meta channel at any time or ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Disconnect one channel

In NuTalk, open Channels, select the WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram channel, and choose Delete channel. This removes the connection and the channel’s stored access token.

Request complete deletion

Send a request through our contact page using the email address on your account. Include your workspace name and write “Data deletion request” in the message.

  1. We will verify that you are an authorized workspace owner or administrator.
  2. We will delete or anonymize account data, Meta tokens, channels, conversations, and associated files that we are not legally required to retain.
  3. We will confirm completion by email. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Some records may be retained for the period required by legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations. They will be isolated and not used to operate the service.
