Overview
The Kommo integration connects your sales pipeline with Nutalk's AI calling capabilities. Import leads directly from Kommo, run automated campaigns, and sync call results back to move deals through your pipeline.

Prerequisites
- A Kommo account with API access
- Admin permissions in your Kommo workspace
- Leads with phone numbers in Kommo
Setup
Connect Kommo Account

Go to Settings → Integrations in Nutalk.

Click Connect next to Kommo.

Log in to Kommo and authorize the connection.

Select the Kommo account to connect.
Configure Pipeline Mapping
Map Kommo pipeline stages to Nutalk campaign outcomes:

Custom Pipelines
You can map to any of your Kommo pipelines. The mapping is configured per campaign.
Set Up Activity Logging
Configure what gets logged to Kommo lead cards:

Importing Leads
Import by Pipeline Stage

Create a new campaign in Nutalk.

In the audience step, select Import from Kommo.

Choose a pipeline and stage to import from.

Configure the outcome-to-stage mapping.
Dynamic Import
Enable dynamic import to automatically add new leads from Kommo to your campaign as they enter the selected stage.
New leads entering your selected pipeline stage are automatically enrolled in the campaign and called according to your schedule.
Pipeline Automation
Nutalk can automatically move leads through your Kommo pipeline based on call outcomes:
Goal Reached
Move lead to your "Qualified" or "Demo Scheduled" stage
Callback Requested
Keep in current stage and schedule a follow-up task
Not Interested
Move to "Closed - Lost" with reason noted
Field Mapping
Map Kommo lead fields to Nutalk contact fields:

Using Custom Fields
Custom Kommo fields are mapped to metadata, which your agent can reference during calls. For example, use the lead's budget range to personalize the conversation.
Best Practices
Segment by Pipeline Stage
Create different campaigns for different pipeline stages. New leads might need qualification calls, while warmer leads need demo scheduling.
Use Lead Tags
Add Kommo tags to track which leads came through AI campaigns. This helps with reporting and attribution.
Review Call Notes
Train your sales team to review AI call notes before human follow-up. This provides context for better conversations.
Troubleshooting
